LifeMap is actively monitoring the current COVID-19 situation as we work to make sure we’re prepared for widespread outbreak with a strong disaster recovery and business continuity strategy. In response to ongoing concerns, we have put in place several resilience policies to protect our community, our members, and our employees, and to ensure that we continue to provide the best possible service. Among these policies are:

  • Remote Work

Many LifeMap employees currently work outside the LifeMap office in their homes, and employees who work onsite daily are also set up to work remotely. We have in place a robust technological infrastructure to support working at home.
  • Continued Evaluation of Our Benefits

In light of changing circumstances, to ensure members continue to receive the care they need, we continually re-evaluate our benefits.
  • Travel Restrictions

We have suspended all international and domestic travel until further notice.
  • Employee Communication and Safety

LifeMap encourages employees to stay home if they suspect they have been exposed to the virus or are not feeling well. We promote personal space etiquette and have deployed antiviral cleaning products and hand sanitizers in our workspaces. We also have transparent and regular communication with our employees, so they are equipped with the latest news and information on the outbreak.

LifeMap is taking every precaution necessary to ensure that our operations continue to provide excellent service in the event of continued spread of the Coronavirus. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact LifeMap Customer Service (click here for all customer contact information).
