At LifeMap we do our best to make your life easier. Please use one of the following options to administer your group or if you're unsure where to begin visit our customer service page and reach out in the way that is most comfortable to you.

If you receive a paper bill each month:
Submit any eligibility changes after requesting a change form.

If you pay your bill and administer your group online:
Submit any eligibility changes by logging in to your existingWebBenefits account.

If you self-administer your group:
To report eligibility, total insured volume, and total monthly premium, please submit your reporting form to our Accounts Receivable department.  If you need a new or updated form, please request one at accounts.receivable@lifemapco.com.

If you want to administer your dental benefits online:

  • and you have already registered for an account, log in to the Dental Center.
  • and still need to register for the first time, contact your Account Executive to help you get started with the LifeMap Dental Center.
